- Within 1–3 days, we research the market to see what’s realistic and whether we can meet your expectations. If we can – we sign an agreement. We value both your time and ours, which is why we work on an exclusive basis – giving you one trusted partner fully responsible for the results.
- Next, we prepare a shortlist of properties that match your criteria: location, building type, layout, technical condition, and investment potential.
- Our agent visits the selected properties for you – taking photos and detailed video reports, so you see the real condition, not just “polished” online images.
- For the property you choose, we prepare a technical report: checking the electrical and plumbing systems, windows (including a thermal scan), verifying the layout, and estimating potential renovation costs.
- We then conduct negotiations with the seller, based on facts and market data. We verify legal documents (ownership, encumbrances, land status) and assist you throughout the bank and notary process.
- If you wish, we can also arrange renovation and furnishing, so your new home is ready to move in.
