We have 46 m² for you on the ground floor of a brick building from 1954.

Inside you’ll find:

The apartment comes with a basement and additional space for bicycles.
Residents also have access to a closed parking lot with a barrier, so you’ll always have your own parking spot right in front of the building.

The apartment has a few minor things that could be improved, which you can take care of over time. However, there’s nothing stopping you from moving in right away and gradually arranging the interior to your own taste.
